Insurance

IFWEA cannot take any responsibility for accidents or losses that occur to participants during the time of the conference.  We strongly advise you to take out personal travel and health insurance to cover this.

Medication

If you are susceptible to stomach problems, I would recommend that you bring the appropriate medicine with you – e.g. Immodium.  We will have the details of a doctor on call for the time of the conference if you should need one.
