For our session 4 was invited one person from KNSB's Institute for Trade Union and Social Recearch (ITUSR): Mrs. Ekaterina Ribarova - recearch fellow in ITUSR.
We started with brief presentation of the summaries from other stury circles - Peru, South Africa, Spain, Barbados, Estonia, Sweden and Alana's Comments.
We are supporting the suggestion of Peru about Code of conduct for TNCs investing in our country and Work table of Trade Unions about TNCs and we want to develop such one in Bulgaria in the future. We think that the learning of computers and Internet using and of foreign languages is very useful for us. We have seen that the priorities of TNCs in different countries are similary.
Our study circle members have chosen the company Nestle. Tanya tried to answered some of the questions related to session 4. We have made classification of the positive and the negative answers. Tanya will gather the information through the structures at local level. We will gather information at national and international level using different sources of information.
After that we have talked about rights to reach and to get company information.

Between both sessions we will continue to gather the needed information about Nestle and we hope to receive more. We are expecting answers of our questions:
1.Are the Hungarian Nestle branch and other TNCs branches in CEEC involved in the European Workers Councils?
2. Can you send us the agreements of EWC concerning Nestle and other TNCs?
10 days ago in Bulgaria was held the Investment Forum with more than 120 foreign investors. This shows that we can attract foreign investors.

The discussion has been very interesting for our study circle members because they have got knowledge concerning the information sources which can be used.
They have not enough information about their companies.
More dynamical exchange of information between study circle members could be helpful for everybody in order to deepen our knowledge about the TNCs
influence from global point of view.
