The TNCs have special elements in their definition that makes them something difference from just a very big company. So we were talking about not to confuse both types o companies. A very funny thing about them is that they bought local companies in Chile or Peru for example using the privatization process in those countries. They use the liberal principle that say: the private companies work always better. But some of them were/are public entreprises!
