Summary of Session 3

Study Circle SPA1 (José Luis Ferrándiz)

Dear friends:

This is the result of our meeting. We were 4. The discussion was very interesting. We want to say thank you to the South Africa Circle because for us the real situation in Africa is not well known. Perhaps beacuse our communication is stronger with Latin America. Of course because of the language. The discussion focused in the gap between the political regulations in the national markets about capitals and so on and the lack of it in the world market. The United Nation is very vweak until now to impose a world regulation about the capital flows and the necessity of enviromental and safety regulations around the world. Some of the few spanish TNC are using production process in their branches in Latin American that are forbiden in Spain. So our conclusion was we have to perceive the problems in the world not as problems in Spain or in Chile or in Bolivia or in Senegal but as problems in the worls as one. The problems are the same and the solutions must be conected. If not,no way.

SALUDOS FROM MADRID.
