Hi everybody !

We held our fourth session on April 9th, from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m., like every time.

We were 12 persons.

We discovered the mail from Alana and other ISCs. We were very interested in some reports, especially the Belgian, Swedish, English ones...

We have worked about the codes and charts inside and outside TNC’s.

We benefits of the material translated in French during the first ISC. For once, it was approximately the same...

We were very interested in the evolution of the power of the States compared to the one of the TNCs. In less than twenty years the trend has been reversed.

Now, States and peoples are dominated by TNCs. States can’t respond especially because of the fear of speculation against currencies. But citizens can and must !

We thought than public opinions was still able to force their Governments to react. We regretted that, at least in France, none political leader develops a global approach of problems and fights against the excess of the globalization like a main origin of unemployment, of danger for the Rights, the cultures, the environment...

At the end, we dreamed that the European Community could refuse trade with countries or TNCs disrespectful of minimal social rules, if citizens required strongly it... Did we dream ? Some positions against MIA or NTM are encouraging. Maybe...

Your, Jean-Dominique
