Dear friends around the world. We had our first meeting and we are very motivated to exchange our experiences with you. We have been 14 people in our first meeting. Two partners more will be with us in the next session. We will be 16 including Juan Carlos the facilitator. The following are our brief presentations. We will have more time to know us better.

Juan Carlos Vargas Marín

My name is Juan Carlos. I am a very intense person. I am 38 years old, married and with the most beautiful children in the world. It is a very objective opinion. Their names are Gabriel y Lucia. I am economist, In Charge of Globalisation and Labor Program in PLADES, a Peruvian laboral NGO. I like the sports, read and talk. I love the sun and the sea, and walk without shoes.

I am proud of my Family.

I want to share our experiences as a workers, leaders, human beings. I had many things to learn of you, and We have many things to teach you too. We feel as a teachers and students at the same time. I want to share my culture and appreciate your.

LUPE GALLARDO PASTOR - FIGHTER
My name is Lupe Gallardo Pastor, 35 years old, divorced, two children, my hobby: to make sports and listen music. I am teacher of Social Sciences and I work in a public school. After work, I'm involved on trade union activities, reading, housekeeping and especially as a mother.

SUSAN PORTOCARRERO GONZALES - NICE
My name is Susan Portocarrero Gonzales, 34 years old, married, three children, my hobby: sports. I work at Ricardo Palma University, I am a social assistant of the and I work with the students directly. After work I like go to the beach with my children, to travel and to know people.

DAVID HUARANCCA - SOLIDARY
My name is David Huarancca Cucho, 50 years old, married, seven children, my hobby drawing. I work in the general office of cultural extension and social projection of the National University San Luis Gonzáles of Ica, I carry out the social promoter's function. My name is Teodoro Zavala, 48 years old, married, three children, my hobby to play football. I work at Telefónica of Perú as a management technician. I like to heep at home, sports, communal works and also reading and watch television programs.

MANUEL CORTEZ FERNANDEZ - PERSEVERANCE
My name is Manuel Cortéz Fernandez, 49 years old, married, three children, my hobby to draw. I work in the Steel Company of Perú (SIDERPERU) Right now I am discharged and I'm legally asking for my reinstatement in the Peruvian Sindical instance. I am a leader of the General Confederation of Workers the Perú (CGTP), and Secretary of human rights and Secretary of External Relationships of the Union Federation of Workers of the Region Chavín-FESITRACH- Chimbote. After work I like to listen music and to play with my daughter Hemor. Also to solve geniogramas and to read.

My name is Pedro Asunción Mendoza Bartra, 44 years old, married, two children, my hobby to dance. I work in Volvo Perú like an operative warehouse.
