Read the reports from the other study circles. Discuss the opinions which the other groups have expressed, and decide how you would like to respond.

2. | Workers rights clauses in international agreements |
[45 minutes]
Using the pamphlet circulated by the ICFTU responding to the Mutilateral Agreement on Investment, write a short article for other workers expressing your views on the issue. In the article, you should reflect on whether you agree or disagree with the ICFTUs response. You should also address the question of how international trade union organisations can act to defend workers rights in transnational corporations.

4. | Communicating with the other members of the international study circle |
Send a copy of your article to the other study circles. The group should also decide how you would like to report on your discussion about international collective bargaining. The report should be sent by email to TSL in Finland by May 14.
