This edition of Bargaining Monitor focuses on the organising strategies of women workers. The LRS Gender Programme works with gender structures and trade union women activist to highlight and learn from existing strategies and create new strategies that encourage gender equality and organise women in the trade union movement. This edition of Bargaining Monitor contains five short articles to share these strategies.
